§ Mr. Keelingasked the First Commissioner of Works whether he will submit to the Royal Fine Art Commission the elevations of the proposed block of offices on the site of Nos. 18– 28, Abingdon Street, overlooking the Palace of Westminster; and whether he will exhibit them in the Tea Room?
