Hendersonasked the Prime Minister whether his attention has been drawn to the fact that representatives of voluntary relief organisations are not permitted to have access to the refugee camps in France; and whether he will make representations to the French Government that such facilities be allowed?
§ Mr. ButlerMy Noble Friend has received certain reports to this effect. As the Prime Minister informed the hon. and gallant Member for Nuneaton (Lieut.-Commander Fletcher) on 20th February, discussions are still in progress with the French Government on the general question of these refugees, and I regret that I cannot make any further statement at the moment.
