Member for Leyton West (Mr. Sorensen) on 13th February, I look to local authorities to make the fullest use of the powers entrusted to them by Parliament for the purpose of providing allotments for residents in their areas; and I have arranged to discuss matters relating to the allotments movement with representatives of the National Allotments Society on Friday next.
