Mr. M. MacDonaldThe formal discussions on Palestine between His Majesty's Government and the Arab and Jewish Delegations respectively were opened by the Prime Minister on 7th February. At subsequent meetings general statements of the Arab and Jewish cases were made by their representatives, and detailed discussions on these statements are now proceeding.
