§ Mr. StanleyThe numbers of vessels on the United Kingdom Register which were lost with all hands during each of the years 1936, 1937 and 1938, were 10, 9 and 12, respectively. Of these, three, four and two, respectively, had no certificated deck officers on board at the time of loss. I regret that I am unable to furnish corresponding figures for non-British ships.
