Hendersonasked the Prime Minister whether the changed military situation in Spain will affect in any way the decision of His Majesty's Government not to grant belligerent rights to the Spanish insurgent authorities unless foreign troops are withdrawn from Spain as provided in the London Non-Intervention Committee Agreement of July, 1937?
