§ The Attorney-GeneralThere have been two prosecutions under Section 6 of the Official Secrets Act, 1920, in respect of refusal to give information. The first was in 1926. The offence or suspected offence related to certain Naval plans. The second was in 1937. The offence or suspected offence related to a police document.
