HoareI do not know on what my hon. and gallant Friend bases his suggestion that the number of fatal accidents is increasing, but I agree that the question requires attention and I have been glad to note that the London County Council are including in a Bill now before Parliament provisions enabling some control to be exercised over lifts which are not subject to the Factory Act.
