HC Deb 14 December 1939 vol 355 c1297W
Mr. Henderson Stewart

asked the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster whether he is aware of the widespread dissatisfaction among Scottish farmers with regard to potato prices; and whether, in order to stimulate production and provide the necessary sense of security in the market, he will announce fixed price, for the various grades of potatoes?

Mr. W. S. Morrison

I would refer my hon. Friend to the answer I gave yesterday to a question by my hon. Friend the Member for Aberdeen, East (Mr. Boothby).
