§ Mr. LloydRationing of electricity (as well as of gas and coal) is still in force on the basis of 100 per cent. of previous consumption. As regards the second part of the question householders should apply to their local fuel overseers who have power to grant an increased allowance where they are satisfied that special circumstances warrant it.
