§ Mr. BurginIn an endeavour to spread the work of making camouflage nets throughout the country and to absorb as many as possible of the unemployed net makers and fishermen, administration is being divided into the 12 Civil Defence Regional Areas. Net-making firms have been invited to tender from each area and the firms who receive the contract will act as central contracting authorities.
