The table below shows the numbers of payments of unemployment assistance allowances made through the Exchanges in question during the week ended 24th November, 1939; the figures include allowances in supplementation of insurance benefit and allowances under the672W Unemployment Assistance (Prevention and Relief of Distress) Regulations, 1939:
