§ Mr. StanleyThe Central Price Regulation Committee are charged with the duty of supervising the operations of the local committees. In considering any complaint concerning price-regulated goods, it will be for the committees to decide whether the cost of war risks insurance has been made an excuse for an excessive increase in price.
