§ Lieut.-Commander Fletcherasked the Home Secretary whether the Commissioner of Police imposes any limit with regard to the number of cards which he is prepared to issue to representatives of the main newsreel companies to take films of State and public events; if such cards are also freely available to private persons or minor companies for the same purpose; and whether he will arrange that in future the Commissioner shall not issue cards to the representatives of any companies without taking appropriate steps to discriminate between companies which are prepared to make their films generally available and those which impose restrictions on their distribution?
