§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe first employer in any insurance week beginning on Sunday at midnight is liable for unemployment and health insurance contributions for that work, but regulations provide for his sharing the cost with a later employer by mutual agreement. Subject to any such agreement therefore employers engaging men for Sundays only are liable for unemployment insurance and health insurance contributions only if the men have not been previously employed in insurable employment in the current insurance week.
