§ Mr. PeakeMy right hon. Friend regrets that the information asked for is not available, but he believes that the practice of charging fees has generally been abandoned. If any case is brought to my right hon. Friend's notice where such fees are still charged, he will be glad to take the matter up with the local authority concerned.
