§ Mr. Joelasked the Minister of Health what would be the cost of making dental and optical benefit a statutory provision under the National Health Insurance Acts; what would be the payments needed from the employers and employed per person which would be necessary to defray this extra charge; and what would be the necessary increase in the State grant for the same purpose assuming that the three contributions are made on the same basis as to-day?
