§ Mr. Sorensenasked the Minister of Health whether he has considered the proposal sent to him by the Essex Federation of Ratepayers' Associations urging that supersession of the Essex County Council by three commissioners appointed by His Majesty's Government; and, as there is no justification for this imputation of maladministration by the county council, and the rising expenditure necessitating an increased rate in Essex is due to administrative obligations required by His Majesty's Government, what action he proposes to take in the matter?
