§ Mr. ButlerThe instrument of ratification by His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom of the Convention concerning the status of refugees coming from Germany, signed at Geneva on 10th 427W February, 1938, was deposited with the Secretariat of the League of Nations on 26th September last.

Graham-Littleasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the agreement which has been reached with the medical profession in this country to permit the entry of a certain number of German Jewish doctors and the fact that the necessary visas and permits have now been granted, he can arrange with the German authorities to permit their departure from Germany at the earliest possible opportunity?
