§ Mr. ButlerThe funds of the Non-Intervention Committee are controlled by a company, constituted according to the requirements of British law, called the International Council for Non-Intervention in Spain. The accounts of the council are not published, and I regret that I am therefore not in a position to give the hon. Member the information which he desires.
