§ Mr. Whiteasked the Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs whether any formal and official notification has been given to the chiefs and their pitsos of the High Commission Territories informing them that the Government of South Africa had applied for the transfer of the administration of their countries; and whether he will lay upon the Table of the House the terms of any such official communications?
