§ Mr. BurginHaving regard to the relatively small volume of traffic using the side roads, I am advised that traffic control signals are not desirble at the junction of Western Avenue and Perryn Road. A temporary footbridge has been provided for pedestrians as a more positive measure of safety while the possibility of constructing a permanent subway is under investigation.
