§ Mr. ColvilleWhile, according to my information, the landings by foreign fishing vessels at Scottish ports during the last four months have been somewhat heavier than the landings in the corresponding months last year, the actual quantities are not heavy in comparison with the monthly average for the year and the total landings for the first ten months of this year are lower than those for last year. In these circumstances no special action appears to be called for.
