§ Mr. Hopkinasked the Minister of Health whether his attention has been drawn to the fact that young children are detained at the mental hospital, Carmarthen; and will he urge on the board of control the necessity to issue the suitable certificate as soon as possible; so that children may be removed to Pantglas at the earliest possible moment?
§ Mr. Elliot:The West Wales Joint Board on l0th May applied for an amendment of the certificate to authorise the reception of patients under the age of seven into the Pantglas Certified Institution, but the Board of Control are in communication with them upon the matter.
