§ Mr. BurginI have advertised a draft Compulsory Purchase Order for the acquisition of the land required for this by-pass and the period during which objections may be submitted expires today. I expect that the works can be commenced about six months after confirmation of the Order, but at this stage I cannot give any precise date.
