§ Sir K. WoodThe Dutch Air Lines have been granted facilities at Trinidad and Barbados on the understanding that reciprocal rights will be accorded to a British service to Netherlands territory in the West Indies.
Pan-American Airways have been granted operating facilities at Antigua (Leeward Islands), Nassau (Bahamas), Kingstown (Jamaica), and Port of Spain (Trinidad). In each case, the permission 422W is covered by an agreement with the Colonial Government concerned. Permission in these cases was not conditioned by reciprocity.
