§ Mr. BurginI expect that the Western Avenue will be completed within the next two and a half years. The reconstruction of the two bridges at Uxbridge will, I hope, be completed within the next six months. In the meantime, in order to minimise the inconvenience to road users, traffic is being controlled by light signals operated by the police.
