§ Mr. W. S. Morrison:I am informed by the Milk Marketing Board that there has been an average increase of 0.13 pints, or 61 per cent., in the daily per capita consumption of milk in families participating in the experimental schemes for the supply of cheap milk to nursing mothers and children under five years of age in the Special Areas.
