§ Mr. Lennox-Boyd:The British delegates to the technical tripartite meeting on the coal mining industry are Mr. H. W. Cole, Deputy Under-Secretary for Mines, Mr. W. A. Lee, director of the Mining Association, and Mr. W. Lawther, vice-president of the Mine-worker's Federation. Mr. Cole has three advisers and each of the other delegates four advisers. As regards the last part of the question it is not the practice to publish the instructions given to delegates.
