§ Lieut.-Colonel Colville:His Royal Highness the Duke of Windsor holds the rank of Admiral of the Fleet in the Royal Navy, of Field-Marshal in the Army and of Marshal of the Royal Air Force. He is not actively employed by any of the Defence Services and receives no emoluments from their Votes.
