§ Mr. Liddallasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is satisfied that British manufacturers are providing a paraffin-driven track-laying agricultural tractor comparable with several imported machines of 20 to 22 horse-power; and whether, in the absence of such a British machine, he will consult with the Minister of Agriculture with a view to securing the removal of the 33⅓ per cent. duty on imported track-laying tractors of the paraffin-driven type?
