§ Mr. Ormsby-GoreThe total value of all coffee exported from Tanganyika in 1937 was approximately £430,000, as compared with £343,000 in 1936. Figures distinguishing native exports are not yet available for 1937: but in 1935 and in 1936 approximately 70 per cent. by weight of the coffee exported was native grown.
