§ Mr. BurginDetailed plans have been drawn up and the necessary land is being acquired. Part of this is common land which raises additional complications. I hope that tenders will shortly be invited for the bridge over the Thames so that construction can be begun in September next. The constructional works on the road cannot be begun until entry on the land has been secured and the negotiations for this are likely to take some months.
