§ Mr. ButlerHis Majesty's representatives are in continual touch with the Governments to which they are accredited and representations and communications are frequently addressed to those Governments on a very wide variety of subjects of greater or less importance. I regret that it would be quite impossible for me to furnish, in reply to a question, particulars such as the hon. Member desires, which would amount to the compilation of a diplomatic history of the last three years.
