§ Mr. Cross:The Stanhope Steamship Company was incorporated on the 1st October, 1934, and the ships owned by the Company are managed by Mr. J. A. Billmeir, who has acted as a manager of ships for many years. Messrs. J. A. Billmeir & Co., Ltd., have not acted as managers of ships.
