HC Deb 02 June 1938 vol 336 c2258W
Sir E. Graham-Little

asked the Home Secretary whether he will consider the desirability of officially informing magistrates by circular throughout the country of the validity and value of blood tests?

Sir S. Hoare:

I think that the courts are aware of the possibilities and value of these tests, to which full publicity has already been given, and I do not think that any further action on my part is called for.
