BrownSo far as I am aware there is no collective agreement between organisations of employers and work-people in the tin mining industry in Cornwall fixing rates of wages, and I am not in possession of information as to the rates paid by individual employers. In the china clay industry the standard minimum rate for adult time workers fixed by agreement between the British China Clay Producers' Federation, Limited, and the Transport and General Workers' Union is 1s. per hour.
