WoodCompensation is granted to workmen employed by the Air Ministry in respect of injuries sustained 2221W by accident arising out of and in the course of their employment either under the provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Acts (or Government Schemes of Compensation framed thereunder) or in accordance with the Treasury Warrants framed under the Superannuation Acts.
