§ Mr. Hore-BelishaCompensation is granted to workmen employed by the War Department in respect of injuries sustained by accident arising out of and in the course of their employment either under the provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Acts (or Government schemes of compensation framed thereunder) or in accordance with the Treasury Warrants framed under the Superannuation Acts.
