§ Mr. ElliotThe committee are still engaged in the hearing of the large volume of evidence which has been tendered to them, and it will accordingly not be possible for a report to be issued before the Recess. I understand from the chairman that the committee hope to be in a position to make an Interim Report before the end of the year.
