Hurdasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware of the hampering effect upon the milk industry of the practice under which the tinplate trade give better terms to foreign than to British Home producers of processed milk; and whether, in consultation with the administration of the tinplate distribution trade, he will take steps to carry out the Government's policy of first place to the Home producer in the Home market?
