§ The Lord AdvocateMy inquiries have failed to disclose any report of a case of alleged cock-fighting during the last three years either to the Crown Office or to the representative procurator-fiscals whom I have consulted. While I have no reason to believe that any such cases have occurred in any part of Scotland, it would be impossible to verify this without considerable investigation.
