§ Mr. Barrasked the Minister of Health whether he can state, with respect to the proposal that was disapproved by the city council of Sheffield to provide a parkway on each side of Halifax Road to the extent of 220 feet from its middle and for a distance of 1,330 yards, what area of land was involved, and what price was being asked for it; whether the scheme has since been revived; and, if the land has been acquired, what was the price paid or agreed to be paid?
