Friend is not available in my Department and it could be obtained only by reference to the detailed records of the 7,000 approved societies and branches which administer health insurance benefits. I am, however, considering the general question of a comprehensive investigation into the extent and incidence of various forms of incapacitating sickness amongst insured persons of each sex and at various ages.
