§ Mr. ElliotUnder the Air-Raid Precautions Act, 1937, the duty of submitting air-raid general precautions schemes and air-raid fire precautions schemes in Scotland rests upon 55 and 228 local authorities, respectively. As regards the second part of the question I would refer the hon. and learned Member to my reply to a question addressed to me by the hon. Member for the Maryhill Division (Mr. Davidson) on 15th February.
