§ Mr. LloydMy right hon. Friend's attention has not recently been drawn to any complaints of this character. The keeper of an "inn" is already under certain obligations at common law to furnish accommodation to travellers: and I do not think that the matter would be appropriate to any such legislative provision as the hon. Member suggests.
