§ Captain CrookshankI have seen the report by Professor Granville Poole to the Technical Advisory Committee of the North-East Development Board. It does not suggest any steps that could usefully be taken by my Department, and I would remind the hon. Member that in any case I have no funds from which I could provide financial assistance.
