Mr. StanleyMy attention has been called to the resolution to which the hon. Member refers. I have no reason to suppose that the rise in price of materials required by local authorities is due in general to any other causes than an increase in manufacturing costs. If, however, he has any specific cases in mind, I would be prepared to look into them.
