§ Mr. Donnerasked the Minister for the Co-ordination of Defence whether, in the event of the use and advantages of the 63W Port of London being in jeopardy in time of war, the facilities of unloading and distributing foodstuffs and raw materials at Western ports and the condition of the roads radiating from them have been considered by the Committee of Imperial Defence or by a sub-committee; and, if so, can he indicate whether any measures have already been taken or are in contemplation?
