Mr. WedderburnThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. As regards the second part, I am informed by the Corporation of Glasgow that it is not possible to provide a lavatory inside the house, which consists of a single apartment, and that there is no place outside the house where a lavatory more conveniently situated than the existing one could be provided.
